Edited: 22-04-2025 After identifying this issue from the reception/call, Mr. Karthik took the matter into consideration and scheduled the appointment for the next day where the slots are available. Discussed this concern in person with Dr. Rahul Reddy Sir also and they explained the issues they are facing because of the over inflow of patients day by day(mostly walk-ins coming from the rural areas with out prior info/booking). I visited Androcare for the first time and had a mixed experience initially. One of the ladies at the reception was quite rude, which made me feel uncomfortable. However, things improved when another gentleman at the front desk stepped in—he was very patient and clearly explained all the tests and procedures to me.
