Wasted 1+ year on repeated IUI, no progress to IVF We went to Aakash Fertility Centre in Chennai from November 2024 to December 2025. More than 1 year we spent here. We came with full hope and positive mind, but slowly we got frustrated. They did 4 IUI cycles and all failed. We already did 2 IUI before coming here, and we wanted IVF from the start. Very good experience at A4 Fertility. Doctors and staff are very caring and supportive. They explained everything clearly and gave us confidence. Highly recommended.

Not worth even one star. When we go for consultation with Dr. Jeya Rani, we have to wait as if we are going to see Lord Perumal at Tirupati. After waiting so long, she speaks like sleeping person and gives some random response. There is no proper care.

Worst Service and Dnt go to this clinic i experienced lot .. Dr. Jayarani was half-asleep in consultation, no eye contact or helpful guidance. Long 2+ hour waits are normal. Staff for scans and duty are extremely rude, no patience. They won't give any scan reports or details – say it's confidential, need permission from madam. Big hospitals share everything without issue, we wasted many months here.

I had wonderful experience at ishwarya fertility, thanjavur. From the movement I stepped in everything was well managed.Staffs and doctors polite and experienced. I truly appreciate the quality of care.
