Major thing was Parking not available, Waiting time was too long...even after I booked the appointment through Practo for specific time slot, but waited for another 1 and half hour. Need some improvement this side. Staff was also not giving satisfactory reply. Another thing was Waiting area was too small...but gathered more people, so Experianced suffocation, Customer area AC also not on so .... Situation was more hatcic. Doctor is absolutely good . But much improvement expected.
